Why WRAP?
Ankle issues are not a side note
How it works
Sturdy neoprene with anatomically shaped reinforcements. Supports your ankle, heel and arch simultaneously — something tape or a simple bandage can never do.
Step 1: Check out the quality ;-)
Sturdy neoprene that moves with you. This isn't a disposable bandage — this is serious support.
Sturdy neoprene that moves with you. This isn't a disposable bandage — this is serious support.
Step 2: Wrap & Adjust
Place your heel in the opening and wrap around your foot (10 seconds, really). The open heel design relieves pressure. Three Velcro straps let you set the perfect compression — tight enough for support, comfortable enough for hours.
Step 3: Get after it
Put on your regular shoes and go. Basketball, work, a hike with friends — WRAP stays out of the way but gives you the confidence to go all out.
Your Moment. Your Support.
WRAP shows up when you refuse to sit out.
The long shift at work
Short-staffed and you need to be there. WRAP gives you the support to get through the shift — without your ankle being the weak link.
The playground with the kids
They want to climb, run, play. You want to join in, not watch from the bench. WRAP makes sure you can.
The weekend hike
The trail is calling. Your ankle shouldn't be the reason you stay home. WRAP gives you the confidence to go.
Back on the court after an injury
Your PT says you're cleared. Your head isn't sure. WRAP bridges that gap.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I wear WRAP at work?
Yes. WRAP fits inside work boots, sneakers, and most other shoe types. Whether you're pulling a double shift or just need to get through a busy Saturday — WRAP gives you the support you need when it matters.
How long can I wear WRAP?
Wear WRAP for the duration of your activity — a basketball game, a work shift, a hike. Most users wear it a few hours at a time. The breathable neoprene prevents overheating. Start with shorter sessions and build up as your ankle adapts.
I've had a previous sprain. Is WRAP right for me?
Especially then. 75% of all sprains lead to recurring issues or instability. WRAP gives you the stability and confidence to move again — whether that's sports, work, or a hike with friends.
Does WRAP fit in my regular shoes?
One of our biggest advantages. WRAP's slim 5mm neoprene profile fits inside 94% of shoe types — sneakers, work boots, running shoes, hiking boots. No extra size needed.
How do I care for my WRAP?
Wash weekly at 85°F (hand wash or laundry bag). No fabric softener. Air dry flat. With regular use, WRAP lasts 6-12 months.
Will I notice a difference right away?
You feel the stability immediately — from the first step. Most people notice reduced discomfort and improved confidence within 24-48 hours of regular use.
Can I wear WRAP during sports?
Absolutely — that's what WRAP is built for. Basketball, pickleball, tennis, running, volleyball — WRAP has your ankle's back during the activities that matter. It's the upgrade from tape: tape loses 90% of its support after 20 minutes. WRAP stays locked in.
What if WRAP doesn't help?
Every ankle is different. That's why we offer a 30-day return guarantee. Not satisfied? Send WRAP back for a full refund. No hassle, no questions.
Does WRAP help with plantar fasciitis?
The compression and stabilization around the ankle and arch can provide relief during activity. WRAP is not a replacement for specific PF treatment (insoles, night splints), but it can provide extra support if you want to stay active despite the discomfort. Consult your PT for a treatment plan.
Does WRAP help with Achilles tendon issues?
The compression around the ankle supports the Achilles tendon indirectly. For acute Achilles issues during sports or hiking, WRAP can provide extra stability. WRAP is not specifically designed for Achilles tendon conditions. For persistent symptoms, consult your PT.
